it happens because of the increased blood flow. that and nose bleeds become super common due to it

yes mine did its due to the increased blood flow in your body as @emily18234 stated

common in pregnancy. I was worried about it until I spoke with my dentist and he assured me it happens from increased blood flow. Rinse with warm salt water after brushing.
