question ladies. I'm 25 weeks pregnant with twins and every time I have a BH CONTRACTIONS, I feel a lot of pressure in my head and tightness in my chest. Is that normal because I'm scared of real contractions and my head busting or something lol

I thought it was just me its a weird feeling and I get them quite often and changing positions don't help.
