My back pain is ridiculously painful. is there anything I can do to relieve it? heat is NOT working. I am a CNA and every little thing I do kills it. I'm to the point where I cannot sleep because of how painful it is.

Have you tried one of the belly-bands? I guess they can relieve some of the strain
