okay, so what do contractions feel like and where did everyone feel them at? like down low, up high, on the sides, back?…

@chunkymonkey9115, no they aren't really consistent just right after and they last for a little while like an hour or two. and it's pretty painful

I heard putting ur feet up and drinking water will help and try to stay off ur feet when u can not saying to go on bed rest but just slowing down a little @princess_intheoven16

yeah they're braxton Hicks the only reason why I'm worried is because I never felt them like I would get them but wouldn't bother me now they just feel like cramps I have to sit and wait, 😰 but they do go away and are not frequent and don't last long @chunkymonkey9115

Sex can cause contractions. Drink lots of water and change positions until they go away. I know that labor will start when I change positions and they don't stop.

@princess_intheoven16, same with u u can be having false labor r they just random and they hurt much worse then period cramps I didn't get false labor I didn't make it to far with my son

I have that same question 😒 I've been feeling weird all day like period cramps that come and go but they don't last a minute and they're not frequent so I'm worrying but I'm not it's so confusing

TMI but To me they feel like an extremely horrible doodoo coming on 😂😂 I don't and have never gotten period cramps so idk what that feels like.

I had back contractions mostly and they felt like I had hurt my back really bad..and then my contractions were in the front too and those felt like bad period cramps

I had them low then they spred to my hips and back and thighs
