I planned out what I wanted my baby shower to consist of but my family put it together, I ordered the cake myself and stuff and just told my family what kind of food to get. We had over 65 people show up, and I got every single big item I needed as well as TONS of diapers, wipes, blankets, and clothes, I got 3 different diaper bags, and so many other things that I can't even begin to name. If you have family willing to help I say go for it, you will be VERY surprised at the outcome....or atleast I was!

If you didn't want to cook or anything you could always do sometime of finger foods and do a drop in shower where friends or family just drop off the gift and maybe talk to you and your hubby a few mins and leave. @melizza_v

awww loom at that it was so pretty .. I love the decorations I will def massage you bcuz I don't have any idea where to start lol I will have a girl also.. :)

@miasmommy165, if I do one I'm definitely cooking and decorating myself believe me. yeah I know but my mom is always so negative so always saying the opposite of what I say, that's why I told my husband today I'm not telling her my plans anymore bcuz she always got something negative to say. it never hurts to have a baby shower even if you only got clothes I just. had mine and you will be suprised at what you get I got a ton of clothes and diapers yes I had to buy the big things I needed buy the amount of clothes I got I won't have to buy her clothes till she's at least out of 18 months and clothes r expensive so don't not have one just do a small shower cook ur self and decorate ur self it Will be do much fun as well

@nessa_475, yeah I was telling my hubby about once upon a child so we might go this weekend too and on this other app called wallapop I think we found a crib with mattress that someone is selling for $60, but idk if we should get the mattress or buy a new one just bcuz I don't know if it has any bugs or something (maybe I'm just creazy) lol

I don't have many friends so I stuck to people I went to school with and family so far I know 15-20 ppl are coming which is a lot more than I expected

it doesn't. hubby and I are going this weekend to once upon a child to buy what we can. I figured of anyone does buy anything I'll either take it back for store credit or sell it at a cheaper price for other mommies who need stuff

just make it cute and cozy:) like a bbq something don't spend to much just make it fun girl 😊 you deserve to have one

babies r us us the easiest bc they'll walk you through basicallyanything you want / need you scan or click to put it on it then give yuuour f2fdamiky and friends your nane and they can access it:) and you get a cool goodie bag targetas well:)

I think you should do it both my sisters got cloths food diapers and shower stuff

I did a registry BC everyone said to do one. I'm two and half mths away maybe less to give birth and no one has bought anything. your better off buying the stuff yourself. go to thrift stores, goodwill, once upon a child, amazon etc.
