morning sickness (nausea) but its all day, really sore boobs, and I felt my uterus stretching as baby grew, it feels like bad cramps

Just started getting morning sickness at 7 weeks, and had brown spotting at 3 weeks. And my boobs hurt nonstop and I've gone up a cup size already 😩

I'm super excited :) I can't wait to find out what we're having!
