PLEASE HELP!!!!!! What do chicken pox look like? My son has a what looks like the beginning of a rash on his fore arm and it's on the top of his hands and mouth. So far I don't see them anywhere else but the o new on his hands and arm are spreading.

not a doctor but with it being specifically near his hands and mouth. it could be hand, mouth and foot disease

chicken pox usually starts on the trunk of the body. It could be a number of things but I would consider HFM more than chicken pox because of the location.

it does not look like chicken pox to me but I would definitely keep an eye on it and call your doctor if it starts popping up in his arm pits or behind his knees or under his neck wherever there is heat then I would say chicken pox but your doctor can test him to see what it is! good luck :)
