Oh really? @jaklynsmommy? I haven't heard that. Well you have to do what you're comfortable with! I have used colace not in pregnancy but after an IVF treatment and it worked really well

@brooklynsmom, I'm worried about the prunes because some women I've read have had worse cramps with the prunes.

Colace is good but I just do old fashioned prunes to avoid meds. Works like a charm!

I suggest calling your dr to call in collace for you! It's the only thing that has really helped me!!! Good luck chica!

I don't know the brand, so I can't say for sure. But I'm sure as long as it's a stimulant free one it should be fine

When I had constipation, my doctor didn't tell me a specific one to take. Just said a stool softener. I used one from a grocery store chain in Texas since that's where I'm from. But Dulcolax stool softener should work. Just get a stimulant free one. @jaklynsmommy
