I pump and breastfeed / have to supplement sometimes ,, I would like to have a couple glasses of wine with my dinner .. How does that work do I need to pump and dump after I'm done with wine ?

they also have little test strips you can buy to check your milk (:

no need to pump and dump just wait at least two hours to feed again if you do two glasses

don't waste your money on the strip orange juice will set one off. also no need to wait sober enough to drive you can nurse. it's more about being able to safely care for your baby
