Yes I get them a lot, if I'm too active, sometimes I feel faint and get really hot, feels like your sweating but your not, you just need to sit down or still for a min or two with some water, you'll snap out of it. It's normal though. Our body is doing a lot as it is, if we push too hard it will react that way.

absolutely, I was always cold before I got pregnant. now I get such bad hot flashes I usually freeze my husband in the house. it's insane, I heard it gets worse the further along you are.
