I know the feeling! I just turned 28 and my back aches most days, but I am happy, I am healthy, and I am headed in the right direction!

@mommamarine, o yes. apparently I needed more than that I ended up taking a short nap and I feel much better. carrying all this weight weighs on my 21 yr old body lol
