can you pump even when your milk isn't in???? my baby girl won't hardly latch and I'm about to go home can I pump what I have and give it to her?

keep trying it'll come ! I had a hard time producing milk and it took me a few days. but pump a lot and Google some ways to help milk production. like warm wash cloths and there are other things u can do. STAY hydrated!!
u need to pump to get the colostrum out and into the baby ! if you don't pump and she won't latch u may just dry up and not get any at all.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

If i drank one beer and then pumped right after or waited a hour and pumped would it be out of my boob so i can breastfeed no judging please!!
So I read that nipple stimulation and pumping can help start labor.. If I pump colostrum will my milk come in? I don't wanna pump all the colostrum away before my baby gets here
