so yeah labor terrifies me I'm beyond scared and I don't know what to do about it I'm afraid I'm gonna have a long and hard and painful labor any tips about keeping myself calm and not freak out
I say labor at home as long as possible. Doing it at a comfortable and calming place keeps your labor progressing. I stayed home and labored the whole day and was 5cm when I got to the hospital. I got the epidural, but glad I didn't get it too soon that it stalled labor
I am getting an epidural, I salute the moms that go natural, but my pain tolerance is really low so I need the epidural
thank you I'm definitely getting that epidural I'm due in late August or early September and I don't have a high pain tolorence I'm a baby lol I seriously almost cried because I could feel my uturus stretching and that was like period cramps times 1
I had back labor n i def don't sugar coat. it hurt like hell but I got an epidural n I actually went to sleep during contractions. nothing to be scared about. it hurts but once your baby comes out and into this world its such a blessing my son is now two n just thinking about how I felt having him I can't wait to feel it again with my daughter I'm now due April 12
well the place can help and with mine I had them both in a home style setting so I suppose that made the natural births easier ,but I also have a high pain tolerance I'm hoping to have baby #3natural as well. just know it won't last forever and it will all be worth it regardless of epidural or not..I had one hell of a support person with me and a very great group of nurses and midwifes
