OK new addiction besides constant having fried or caramelized onions twice if not 3 X a day along with semi fried chopped up Brussel sprouts with with chives and butter is kraft cheese slices omg use to not like them much but just had some like 3 slices for me and baby where hungry and just wow they taste awesome!!! now I'm just too tired to walk back down stairs where it's cold never stays warm down stairs to get more cheese
But in warm steady heat will melt to get that googy melted cheese that everyone loves for other cheese u try to melt the fat liquefies and separates from a cheese leaving a fatty liquid with a melted like cheese ball like thing which take my word for looks kinda icky
OK did research and found out it'd false that the kraft cheese isn't plastic if u go on snopes.com which is were u can find if things are myth or fact and shows that it's a myth and that the reason why the cheese don't melt with flame directly on it is because the ingredient emulsifier which is commonly used in chocolate and salad dressings which hold the fat and protein together so tightly in the cheese to where it doesn't break down evenly in direct flame heat.
I'm 8 weeks too and feel all that also lol it's way to cold in my downstairs too. It's like I'm Craving but I'm too tired and it's too cold to go get something
