yes I have but we "make to much money" when we don't and that's what I mean its hard to coach others when each person has so much on their plates already...in august I plan to coach and be in school.. I can't say I hate living in a hotel because if i would have stayed at my mothers any longer everything would have been 1000 times worse. i have learned alot from everything so I'm not sorry but I know how homeless people are looked over and forgotten like they already don't exist and it hurts when i see other people in need and can't help them because tho I try I can barely help myself. as for the additive thing after I had my son I stayed 150lbs i couldn't lose or gain weigh no matter what diets I tried or how many work outs I did..until i got pregnant then o went down to 130 lb ..so it broke the cycle I just hope for good..I still eat health but have a major caffeine addiction I have a therapist for now...our world needs more people to take a stand together for real causes..

I would happily coach people IF I had the time to do it since I babysit and pretty much run the household. It is true that there's not a lot of help for families that really need it in the US. And I hate that you have to live in a hotel. I've done it. It's not easy to break that cycle once you're in it. Have you signed up for any kind of assistance? I know waiting lists are long, but it's worth it to try.

@liveitwithlove, OK well tell me how I am to do it when no one on my family is over weigh and we live out of a hotel right now..money is a huge problem and my husband works over 16hours a day and cant even find a place to live that dont cost us over $1000 a month...I just feel the world has bigger problems and I wasn't meaning the killing of animals I mean the work hours and treatment of the people who work factory and slaughter houses..is more important than additives and obese people and when people do get heavy ive not seen anyone jump up to help them or motivate them and not charge them out the butt. our country has alot of downfalls

@rylansmommy13, yeah mine are all custom made as well with only pg,VG and flavoring and my first comment that got them making me customs was" i want something so fruity it could be gay" they have made my flavors ever since.lol yeah thats a hardcore mod compared to mine i did have the angels and demons mod but went down in wattage. i didn't think it would help my morning sickness so much and my husband and I no longer smoke..those ciggs started making me sick to smell so I'm glad he quit.

I spend literally $50/week on groceries for a family of 4. It's not about money. It's about planning. Obesity and the rise in hyperactivity disorder diagnoses in our country ARE some of the big issues. I'm thinking about my kids with this. Animals are meant to be eaten. Meat is not a huge staple in a lot of recipes I make, but we do still buy it. There are more ethical ways to get meat, but it's part of the food chain.

I like the whole boosted line a lot. My fiancé recently just started making them himself so I know for a fact of what goes in them. He makes a really good raspberry cheesecake and a butter pecan ice cream that's amazing lol @mrs.n.mr.awesome I'm a fan of anything fruity

I've been vaping for three years now. I just don't use nicotine where I'm pregnant :)

@liveitwithlove, yes but in this world it cost more to eat healthy than not...and I worked at wamplers where 200+ pigs are killed a day for food so to me i see bigger problems with our country and ur worried about additives. I just don't see it as such a big deal to have additives when so many other things should be looked into and its great you can do that but not everyone can additives are in a lot of food and products we use...that's just the way it is.

REAL, minimally processed food harms no one. But it's all about educating yourself about what you eat and where it comes from.

Definitely not vegan, but I do make 99% of the food we eat from scratch and what I don't make myself and use from a package never has more than a few ingredients in it, like whole grain pasta which has just whole wheat flour and eggs, so on. Food doesn't HAVE to have additives. Mine doesn't. I choose not to feed my family that way.

Vaping is better for anyone who smokes. I know a bunch about vaping because my boyfriend works in a vape shop. :)

Palm oil is not sustainable and harms the environment when it's harvested. All that other stuff, additives, is why America has such high obesity rates and health and behavioral issues.
