its perfectly normal to have a period while pregnant, my grandmother had it the full 9 months pregnant with my mom,as long as it doesn't fill the whole pad up and its not clots followed by cramping you should fine,but since you have an appointment tomorrow be sure to ask for a ultrasound to make sure your baby is okay,also to speak with your doctor about your bleeding as well

it's perfectly normal I was told by my doctor and I have spotting from time to time as well which is perfectly normal as well
