I need advice!
My milk came in and I'm leaking almost non stop but when I try to pump it out, it won't come out.. and my boobs are to hard for baby to latch on. what do I do?

Hand express in the shower or into a bottle, that's what I did. You're only engorged that bad for a few days then it will be easier.

sounds like you are engorged, warm compress not to exceed 5 min and gentle massage

@katnichole17, also when you pump use the lowest setting, it takes longer but works

You could also try holding your baby while you pump a little to help with your let down.

Massaging your breast gently for a while helps
