This back pain is making it sooo hard to find a comfortable position while sitting down. And having sciatica does not help in the least! Just tylenol doesn't work, and the weak muscle relaxer I was prescribed wouldn't help with a Charlie horse. Ugh, just over the pain. #andimonly17wks!

yeah, they recommended that for me, but the location they referred me to is totally out of the way from my work/home. I don't want to have to drive 35m to and from (an hr and some coming/ going)somewhere just for an hr session. @nichols41418
I kno the feeling I'm 14 weeks and it's horrible I didn't have it this bad with my first three im expecting twins my doctor suggested physical therapy if it gets to bad maybe that will help u

My 3 month old just started teething and is in excruciating pain, i tried tylenol, a teething ring and letting her chew my finger , im a new mom and i cant stand to see her in pain ... does anyone know of remedies that can help her!? Any suggestions !?!
Not sure if I'm getting Braxton Hicks contractions or real ones? Getting pressure/slight pain just under bump? (I can't describe the area well) They're not bad but they're not stopping if I change position, I was told they would if it was Braxton Hicks. Help appreciated?
