I was 28 weeks thought my water was slowly breaking and the exact same thing happened to me but my doctor said its always best to be safe

They're not admitting me in to labor and delivery because "I don't meet the criteria" whatever the hell that means! & the nurse is being a dick. Like I seriously feel like something is not okay with me & they can't take me seriously. I'm livid. I've heard the whole, it's always safe to check.. But the way these people make me feel, I don't want to check anything here again & im nervous to have my baby here when the time comes!

you can request a different nurse seriously. some have attitudes I've worked with nurses for five years some are just mean

if they're being like that I would try and schedule a same day Dr's apt if possible

or cant you request a different nurse.... im sorry that nurse was like that. ....tell your dr about that nurse so when you do go into labor maybe she can arrangw that nurse to stay away..... junk nurses dont realize how much affect they have i guess....i had a few bad ones too and it made me hate the whole hospital they were in

@mspeece, my whole doctors office acts like that! I HATE it. It's caused me so much anxiety for my actual delivery.. I have no doctors I trust at my office & im 31 weeks so I can't really switch.. I did end up getting a good ER Doctor so I'm feeling a little relieved tonight. He actually suggested checking for preeclampsia first!

@misskass20, I got a pretty decent ER Doctor so I'm hoping this will be it! Ahh

@chrissytee, im sorry they are like that..... i hope you dont habe preeclampsia. ....but i hope they figure it out.....did you tell the er dr how they were being?
