Any tips to help with eczema? We've tried avenno with hydrocortisone, Cetaphil, a lil bit of head n shoulders... I just can't get it to clear up because of where it is. When he cries it dries it out more. Here's a pic, it's the best I can get atm since he's asleep in my arms

bag balm or coconut oil. it helps with severely dry or cracked skin a d we have even used the coconut oil for cradle cap

also make sure there is no smokers at your house, don't use frabic softener on your clothes. and try using aveeno hair wash and body wash for a few.

clean it twice a day and use the aveeno lotion to keep it clean and moist. my daughter have it bad and that works for her but every baby is different in there own way
