nope. if we agreed to have unprotected sex knowing the risk of getting pregnant we are both equally responsible. if he doesn't wanna be involved that is his choice but he will no matter what still be financially responsible for the baby for 18 yrs of its life unless he signs away his rights as a father to someone else. don't gave unprotected sex if you don't want the possibility of that happeneing.

I think of mine did that then I'd say that's your opinion so once the baby is born you can sign all your rights away and then walk out with no strings attached! bye felicia

with my second child the dad took the condom off and I was drunk and once I became pregnant wanted me to get an abortion my son is 4 now his opinion didn't matter, I feel it's the woman's body so it's ultimately her decision

@amber188, @mommabear3cubs in Tennessee you can't legally bastardize a child also if you have 11kids total you no longer pay child support for any of them..bit each states laws are different. I just looking to keep equal rights just that.

wow! lol Oklahoma is such a mother favoring state they make it too easy for the moms to have complete control over everything. some of my guy friends with kids who are great dad's and good people can't even hardly see their kid because the mom said so and the judges here just brush it off! I hope I never have to go thru anything like that

idk how it is here In PA cause my son's dad signed his rights over to my husband and my husband legally adopted him. but I was told it can be done just a lot harder if someone else isn't stepping into father's roll.

@mommabear3cubs, yes you can do that here but the he would have to be the husband..but not to a grandparent by law grandparents have no rights ..they would be looked at the same as an adoptive family or foster family..bit all state laws are different in so many ways it's crazy..

@amber188, yeah that's why lot of guys move states...since the laws can work in favor of them...my daughters sperm donor moved to Oklahoma... they don't seem to enforce any laws on him but they are the ones wanting money while I just want him to vanish for good...and here is you fall to far behind on child support they take your license (which is ignorant) while in other states they help you to see why paying is difficult

@mommabear3cubs, I'm glad they don't here my family is awful but you can sign temporary guardianship papers to whom ever for $50 bit they can also be undone when ever the parent pleases
