Anyone have an iron deficiency you developed while pregnant?

yeah, it was only low while I was pregnant. but if it happens this round I'm definitely taking my pills!!

I have a blood disorder that makes me very anemic so when I'm pregnant I have to take iron pills the Dr prescribes me or I'm extremely tired, run down feeling

I did with my first child. I also didn't take my prescribed pills to help with it and almost bled out after birth. so if you have that and need the pills take them!!!
