Okay so I'm trying not to freak out but my doctors office just called me and said I failed my glucose screening but I passed my screening when she first tested me at 7 weeks.. If I don't pass the 3hr test Monday I'll be diagnosed with gestational diabetes... Does anyone have/had gestational diabetes? If so how did this effect your pregnancy?

Dont stress out too much doll, I failed the 1 hour test and ended up passing the 3 hour. nowadays its not uncommon for that to happen. I was scared too but I'm sure you'll be fine :)

I had gestational diabetes and I only had to poke my finger 3 times a day it just depends on your doctor but make sure you don't cheat and make sure you keep up with a diet they say when u have gestational diabetes your baby will be big but if you maintain your diet that's not the case my daughter was only 5lbs 15oz and tested negative for diabetes
no I don't work out. I mean I walk up my 18 stairs about 10 times a day lol. I eat 2 eggs in the morning and some toast. mainly I eat eggs and meat.. and veggies. no sweets and I drink diet Pepsi with no aspartame. and lots of water.

I'm trying to stay calm but I guess I have to wait and really see if I am or not Monday. @shawnda
yes I have it. you just have to make sure u watch ur sugar u have to poke ur finger 4 times a day. I eat alot of eggs. I have kept my sugar down and done great. if you have it means usually u will have a bigger baby and probably have to be induced 1 week before your duedate. as long as you watch ur sugar you and baby will be great. good luck and always remember listen to the drs.
before you freak out, which I totally did, I started crying hen I failed my 1 hour, most people during the 3 hour pass. don't freak out just breathe
