Usually my doctor would tell me give Meds 30 mins before shot but since my office I could go 20 mins to a hour waiting in the waiting room id bring the meds with me and give him some right after his shot because he always got small fevers

I would give it to him 30 mins before. I did that with my son and my doctor told me that as well.
