I went on leave early because my brother in law was dying and we were helping care for him and then about a week after I went on leave I got into a car accident that totaled my car and after that I never went back from leave because I was In so much pain physical and mental. so since I'll be gone 90 days they said they don't have to. it really only pisses me off because I haven't even been gone for 60 days yet. it's alright cuz I'm going to be leaving that place soon anyway. they don't deserve to have me as an employee lol

If your leave is through fmla they by law have to keep your position.
