Mucous plug is by far the grossest thing I've seen so far..lol all came out I'm what I'm assuming is one piece cause it was quite large but how ling after losing it did you guys go into labor? I'm 38 weeks 4 days and I had my cervix checked yesterday. He said it was less than a Centimeter but I also had a lot of bleeding and tissue come out. I honestly think he tried to strip my membranes but he couldn't fully do it or something cause he said something about doing it next week because it was impossible this week. Good god it was painful though. Hopefully this means I get to meet my son today!! It's also my Older brothers Birthday and he REALLY wants the baby to be born on his birthday lol

it is really freaking gross lol its literally like the slime that kids play with but it's nasty colored. I was extremely disturbed so I just dropped it in the toilet really fast lol

I called about the tissue yesterday and they said it's normal but like 15 minutes ago I lost the grossest looking light brown booger thingy that was the size of my thumb so I'm hoping he's coming soon!! lol
your mucus plug should look like snot with some traces of blood, not a whole lot and if you're passing tissue I'd call your doctor!

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own?
