Day 3 cup #3...yesterday's cup caused several more contractions they were off and on all day but not regular and TMI but my bowels were still pretty solid but getting softer and easier to go!!

@mommabear3, i had my fourth cup just a bit ago, slept in a little today lol but so far a few contractions and it has helped amazingly with constipation! And it's not extremely harsh on my system! But little ones movements have slowed down alot between yesterday and today! So I'm hoping that means something good!

@mommabear3, sounds like B.H. They really suck but there good for the body helps you dilate and thin!

I have never tried raspberry leaf tea so I'm not sure of the difference @mommabear3
oh ok i seen that one the other day didnt think it was like drinkin red raspberry leaf tea. ..and let me know if it help yu with labor or helps speed up progress pls
