Does anyone substitute like kale fruits shakes or smoothies for a meal here? I've been gaining weight like crazy. Before pregnant I was on a juicing cleanse and use to juice very often but since I got pregnant I threw it all out the window because everyone kept saying I needed to eat more, even though juicing and shakes were nutritional and healthy. Now that I'm 15 weeks tomorrow, I've been having more of an appetite for shakes again but not sure if that's okay for the baby. Docs appointment on 3rd of March but hoping for some advice in the mean time :) thank you!!
if you're craving shakes or smoothies, enjoy them! absolutely :) I would try to eat small meals too though. you're gonna gain weight (and more weight than you would want to) during your pregnancy. but just remember, after your pregnancy is up, you lose a lot of weight the first week after your baby is born. you got this girl!
My dr says what your craving you should have. within reason. if your craving it that means baby needs something from that. Dont gonna diet. you can do that later after you have the baby. enjoy your pregnancy. it comes and goes so quick. im having my son tomorrow. bittersweet. ..
I would have the shakes, but as a snack. I wouldn't substitute them for a meal.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Eat healthy especially if you're craving it. Just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you have to eat like a whale and get fat.
