Been having period like cramps for the past few days. They aren't horrible but they're irritating. Also before I TRIED to go to bed my entire stomach got this strong intense pain. I'm wondering if I'm having regular contractions or Braxton hicks. He needs to stay inside for at least 3 more weeks!!! Help!

I'm sorry if I did freak you out though. That wasn't my intention. If you want reassurance you can always go to L&D or call your OB to see what they want you to do.
It's also possible that they are BH and you just feel then differently than other people, it could be real contractions and they could still wind up stopping. def don't freak out though, even if you were in labor you shouldn't freak out :)
don't freak out. my contractions started out as period cramp feelings. they progressed into hardcore contractions. I labored very slow and everyone is different. Drink some water, take a shower, eat something, drink more water and relax and if the feeling persists or worsens it's likely you're in labor.
I'm up and moving all day. I work with 3-5 year olds. I'm not having the feeling that something isn't right. But the cramps are back. They feel like period cramps and I start to feel a little nauseous. I don't want to freak myself out. Are the cramps contractions?
Have you tried walking around or being active? That's suppose to relieve BHs. If it doesn't than it's probably a real contraction. I thought I was having BH but something didn't feel right. I went to the hospital to find out my contractions were 4-5 minutes apart and I was 5CM dilated. My daughter was three weeks early.
@chhaya, it definitely hurt!!!!! I went to sleep and woke up feeling nothing. So I'm not sure.
@ketymrtnz, water doesn't help me at all. And I've been experiencing the cramping while at work, where I can't just drink and lie down whenever. Soooooooo over being pregnant lol.
if it was intense and hurt like hell it's likely it was a real contraction. if it's just uncomfortable but not awful then it's bh.
@paris824, yeah they suck 😖 I would just drink water and rub my belly cause I had no remedies, the joy 🙄

Sounds like BH to me. Your stomach just gets all stiff right? I use to get it a lot towards the ending of my pregnancy.
