LOL, I get them randomly. one time I was walking (I Walk alot) and all the sudden this horrendous cramp shot through my bum. I shouted (Not intentionally of course) Fuck, My ass. LOL It was so embarrassing. My baby daddy laughed so darn hard. ( I normally don't cuss.)
