I'm starting to feel really guilty about smoking cigarettes I quit but I got really sick then I started again. Any suggestions mommies?
I smoked like a pack a day. the day I found out I quit cold turkey. its very hard and I miss the habit of it. every time I want one I just tell myself its best for me and baby! you can do it!
e cig. I quit two months before getting pregnant using thee cig. I got spearmint cause it was close to camel crush. it's hard to quit. but you can do it for you and your baby.
I quit for a bit and then I started moving and picked it back up! I'm trying to get back off them now. You just have to find things to distract you. I just try not to think about them! I hope you feel better soon!
@rylansmommy13, yeah it was horrible I hated it. I can't do that again. and @kbogzxo I will try that
I smoke maybe 1-2 a day, skip some days, slowly weaning off. But honestly I my aunt smoked through her entire pregnancys and she has 3 kids. So I figure one here or there isn't too horrible...
I'm in the same boat. I quit at first then ended up starting again. I jus don't bring my cigarettes inside or anywhere with me, they only stay in my car and I won't let myself smoke a whole one
well I think what the other ladies said by cutting down to maybe two a day like getting the 100's and smoking half at one time and half again if that makes since ..... because being that sick is definitely not good on you and baby either . What has your doctor said ?
@rylannandashersmommy22, I know I do and I am doing the best I can. I quit drinking as soon as I found out but when I say I was sick I mean shitting my self cold sweats and throwing up
I completely understand hun. Like the other ladies said, don't stop cold turkey though. It will just stress you and your sweet baby out. You can try cutting down and see if that works. If you have any questions about vaping, message me
I smoked for 7 years ..... both of my pregnancies I laid them down the moment I found out I was pregnant , its not worth the risk it could potentially put on your child. I craved them for a while after giving them up and would get real bad headaches and just not feel good but you have to have a strong will power to know that there just not worth it . You have to take care of you and baby!
Thank you guys @jess007 @rylansmommy13 I am having such a hard time and i feel so bad
I chew tobacco I told my doctor in trying to quit he said you have to do it slowly because if not the baby's in shock from being kind of used to it.
My doc suggested the patches when I was pregnant with my first. It's not a completely safe alternative but she said its so much better than smoking.
is vaping safer? I quit in the very beginning of my pregnancy, but the cravings were unreal.. I have cut down to 3-4 a day but I still feel guilty about it.
