feeling so sore, did legs today and arms at the gym with hubby. ate avocado (the healthy fat😁🍐) kiwi, steak, baked potatoes, and asparagus. feeling extra healthy yet drained. this gaining weight thing is too hard. I can eat donuts all my life and never gain a pound.
I gained a total of 10 pounds during my pregnancy and after it melted off. I was down to my prepregnancy weight 5 days after. I can't seem to get over 124lbs for some reason ever since I gave birth I can't gain, I wonder if that's normal lol @drmurphy13
