@nichole_lynn, I've called them before and they said they couldn't remove him because she didn't want them too and the apartments aren't doing anything either. But my mom is highly pissed off and she's trying to suing the complex for multiple lease violations and get me out of here by the end of the month.

ahhhh, that kinda girl. well at this point if you feel for YOUR safety I'd call the cops. that way he can't return because you feel "unsafe" with him around.

ive helped remove people before because of just yelling matches without physical abuse but i know everywhere is different :/ i hope she decides to consent to police getting him before it gets too crazy. @dang_dridri what does she say when someone tries to talk sense into her about the situation? if you want write me

@jhussey, because it's student apartments it's leased by bedroom and I've tried to talk to her about it but all she does is make excuses for everything he does. It's crazy. It's like she's so blind to reality!

@krstokes2016, the police said the apartment complex are the only ones that can make them remove him without her consent and they're not doing shit. They probably won't do anything until she's dead or something!

Tell her you want her to move out if she's going to refuse help. You shouldn't have to deal with that. If she's telling the police she doesn't want him removed, then she needs to find another place to live.

@sassymama29, my mom is super pissed! Lol. I stay in student apartments and was going to finish my lease and move out this summer. But now my mom is like no, you're moving out now! Like seriously they have the most dysfunctional relationship I've ever seen. I guess because she's still young. She just turned 18 and he's 21. Neither of them work and she's taking care of him, but her parents are the ones taking care of her. It's so stupid!

next time it happens record what goes on even if its just sound and call police. from the sounds of it there should be plenty physical evidence and at that point with recordings itll add to it. also document when the disturbances happen by date and how long they last and severity. they (police) will have to remove him at some point for her and others safety. i hope the situation gets resolved :(

@3girls, the police came once and said they can't remove him because she didn't want him removed and the apartments aren't considering our (me & the other roommates) safety.

Call the cops anonymously that's the most you can do . Don't try going in there planning captain save a hoe lol .
