Ok so I have my first dr appt next Wednesday and it's my first dr appt of this pregnancy. I'll be 12w1d when I go next Wednesday. What should I expect because the dr didn't say anything about a ultrasound .

girrrrl mine was crazy lol... I got a pap smear, checked my cervix, pee in a cup, weighed me, and blood work... whew!

every doctor is different but most times they do a pap smear and ultrasound

you should get an ultrasound because they make sure baby is growing accordingly almost always at 12 weeks.
