If your worried you can always just go in, they can monitor you. It doesn't sound like contractions to me though but better safe than sorry

well the sharp pains were back to back and now they've turned into a very constant menstural cramp it kinda feels like the cramp is getting worse and effecting my back alil @kparis

Can you time them? See if you can time them for a hour if you can, call labor and delivery
