Should I call l&d or go in. I've been having cramps and my stomach hard but they are only in my lower stomach on app I have it says go in. I had a bloody show last night and then some more came out about a hour ago 🙈 is it time ?

pain doesn't have to be a 10! with n be I went in because I couldn't stop throwing up and I was admitted at a 4 dialated and 5 pain. when my pain for to a 6-7 I asked for the epidural to find out I was at 9cm already! baby came withen the hour! my contractions were about 5 minutes apart and 30 seconds long
The left side is how long they lasted and right numbers is how far apart they are
if you see it's the 511 than go which means they come every 5 min they last about 1 min and it's been going on for 1 hour consistently if not they're just going to send you home.. I don't understand that chart you posted lol

Yea I'm waiting it out a little getting dressed and my daughter but it has been going on for at least a hour now
I would say make sure they are consistent for at least 30 min..... Because it's so horrible to go in then they just stop make sure you are very hydrated!! Good luck mama!!
I went in and they sent me home said come back when they are closer and stronger 😑 sucks that I live about 25 minutes away lol now that I'm home they are more intense and close together
