And no she only wanted to see if how much I dialate but no she didn't
Just got home from hospital, contractions 5 min apart so painful 4 cm walked in the hospital for hour and half no change told me to go home or walk some more , im in so much pain I couldn’t walk anymore so im home 😔
I been walking this week so hopefully Monday I've dilated some!

So ready to just walk in front of traffic
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
But I'm doing squats and everything possible for it to go some more
