What's everyone making for dinner tonight?! Need some ideas$

I'm excited to try it.... glad someone else has and enjoyed it... my husband is so picky that I only cook with chicken and hamburger (roasts once in awhile lol) and he would prefer casseroles over, as he put it, a hunk of meat on his plate
