sign up at all of the formula websites... enfamil, gerber, similac. They send free sample cans. Also, target gives out a free "welcome baby" gift bag when you create your registry. Go to the customer service desk and ask for it. Also... not to be too sneaky, but you can go to different targets and ask for one. They've got lots of good stuff in them and are definitely worth it!

All the ones I've looked up have all been bogus, they make you sign up for a million things 😑 let me know if you find a good one.
