Where are my fit mamas who work out while pregnant? I am not an avid exerciser! I feel like it will help with my sluggish demeanor! Advice, thoughts!? I'm in my second trimester -- thanks!! 💪🏼💗
Swimming is excellent if you can do it. It won't be hard on your joints and cartilage plus it'll lift the weight of the baby off of you and it's good cardio. I personally don't workout but I always wanted to swim just could never get around to it
