Has anyone been diagnosed with pre e and still get to work? I haven't been diagnosed but I have an awful feeling that is what is going on with me but I am more worried about having to be on bed rest for the next 4 months or so bc we cannot pay our bills if I'm not working...
@harrisonfamily11, I'm a type 1 diabetic and on bedrest for pre-eclampsia and what you're describing sounds more like blood sugar problems rather than blood pressure problems! Just my 2¢. Most doctors wouldn't be concerned with BP 130/90.. But I'd have your blood sugar checked if I was you! 😊
yeah just watch your salt until then lol incase you do have it cause sodium is definitely a big factor lol and I get dizzy all the time it's normal to get dizzy during pregnancy cause we have so much going on in our bodies .@harrisonfamily11,
Ok good well I hope it is just that :) @ashley89 my regular monthly appt is in a week and a half so I am trying to hold out on going until then
my blood pressure was high a couple times at my appointments and I had to get tested for preeclampsia and turns out I don't have it . extra fluids can cause your blood pressure to rise also.@harrisonfamily11,
also @misserinc I also have alot of the risk factors but I am really hoping that it is something else
@misserinc, I have been staying very dizzy and lightheaded and sometimes nauseous when I don't eat for a few hours and sometimes uncontrollably shaking I have checked my BP a couple of times when this is happening and it is usually 136/92 or so which is very high for my BP is usually 110/64 or so I have very low BP but my mom being a diabetic also said that I need to have my sugar levels checked bc it sounds like my sugar is dropping so I am just a little worried 😕
no problem! and it seems like you've caught it early so at least your doctor can be proactive about it.
Ok thanks @misserinc :)
