I'm planning on breastfeeding and I'm wondering how you ladies feel about doing it in front of other people because I live with my fiance and his mom and I feel that I won't feel comfortable for her to be around when I'm breastfeeding, does anyone else feel this way?!

I was like that the first couple days, but honestly after labor your just kinda like "whatever it's just a nipple". And all you'll even care about is that baby is feed

I was thinking the same thing the other day about that. I'm not living with his mom anymore but I honestly will feel weird doing it in front of her. I'm more comfortable doing it around my girl friends and mom than I would be with her.

I was so nervous but I feel her in front of everyone now. in the wic office in front of my boyfriends family my friends their friends my family. lol you won't care when your baby is hungry.

I never cared but if it bothers you that much just cover up with a nursing smock or light blanket. With nursing bras and tanks (and shirts) you can literally have just your nipple out and the baby will have it all in their mouth, not much to see
