My little one has some sort of a breakout on his bottom and I don't know what it's from or what to do to make it better. He has all these little red bumps and whenever he has a dirty diaper they get irritated and when I wipe sometimes they bleed. How can I make them go away and make him feel better?

my 2 year old does that and I took him to the the doctor and he said his pee is very strong and he needs a thick layer of vasoline and changed more often and it goes away
@prettybrown4268, I'm honestly not sure... got a bunch for my baby shower and didn't really pay attention. They have sesame street characters on them
@elizabethjean, it may my daughter got a similar rash at about 2 weeks old and a&d is the only thing that worked for her we tried everything before we tried the a&d
@elizabethjean, I have desitin, will that work ok? I also have polysporin. @prettybrown4268 I've been using pampers since day 1 and they never seemed to bother him.. would it randomly start bothering him after a month?
That happened to my son! I changed his diapers to pampers the hypoallergenic ones & he's fine now. His booty might agree with the diapers you use.
try a&d ointment if that doesnt work you may need to call his dr for a prescription
@septembermommy091016, we started changing him after every feeding and as soon as we see any redness we put polysporin on him. seemed to do the trick.
