so I'm really excited I'll be able to start trying again in June:) (I won't have him home for long but he said he wants to try again) one of my friends said to start taking prenatals now. do y'all think it would be a good idea?? idk what to do, we're so ready to have a family...

@pennerswifey, all of them make me extremely sick so I can't really recommend a brand. I'm sorry. any would do.
You need to take the vitamins for a month or two before trying to conceive so the nutrients (specifically folic acid) can build up in your system. It helps prevent birth defects and helps with brain development.
I got them from my dr. But I know people who just grab them from the store. I'm not sure what kind though.

My dr said to take prenatals a month or two before trying to get pregnant. Did that for our first baby and will do it for our second. Planning to try for baby #2 this fall!!! Good luck! 😊
