has anyone else get light headed during the first trimester. i havent been sick ever but now i feel lightheaded and dizzy all of a sudden. i read its somewhat normal because the blood volume hasn't reached its peak yet. meh. 😝😝😝

Watch out when you take your showers, try doing it with the door opened and having someone to watching over you.. the heat from the shower can make your blood pressure drop very quickly.. happened to me, thank God my hubby was around. also, when you get up, try doing it slowly..
