My 4month old has bin running a temp since 8. @ 8 it was 100.4. so i gave him Tylenol. It went down. Just woke up @ 3:30. His temp now is 100.9. Hes never ran fever before so what do i do. step by step....Please. Im freaking out.

My doctor told me to take mine in if it ever went above 100.5 :/

if his fever isn't breaking ID personally take him in if possible, if not try undressing him completely and placing cool rags on him

If it doesn't go down I would take him to the doctors just in case Hun . @teamjayce2015
