my 3 month old has been so cranky! Started 4 days ago in the middle of the night. fussy and fever. the next 30 hours her fever ranged from 99 to 102.6

finally broke middle of the next night. she has sence been fever free but finiky with her appitight and shes so cranky!

I do not think its teething pains or growing pains but its possible that they are a factor. 5hours of sleep total for me in the past 4 days...

she used to wake up once a night to eat (more when she was newborn) but she began sleeping through the night two weeks ago and now she wakes up 5+ times just crying for hours!

essential oils. lavander bath n lotion. gripe water. gas drops. mint water for gas. warm baths. tylonal. teething toys. cold rags to chew on. cold carrots to suck and naw on. teething tabblets. tummy time. snuggle time... walker... baby wearing. . crying it out.... nothing is working! her diaper changes are normal. she is eating. no fever for a few days. but shes just so cranky! she was a doctor's appointment but what do u guys think it could be.shes usually the easyiest happiest baby!
