You definitely will know!! And it's funny but your body knows what it's doing, it is painful but it's like.. Exciting pain.. You know you're getting so close to meeting your baby and the pain is so worth it.
I had an epidural with my first and I regret it. I feel like I missed out on the true experience. I'm going all natural this time. But if you end up having an epidural... I'll just say I was smiling and laughing throughout the rest of labor and pushing haha
