I did the same thing and stressed beyond belief . but then I realized I didn't have to

even if he did go to court he won't get the baby!!! I just went through this 6 months ago when I had my daughter

lol good luck to him, ain't no way in hell they will take a baby from the mom and give to the dad unless u was unfit. my ex tried that, made his threats and it never fucking happened
