Ok i am dilated to 3to4cm and 80% effaced and am having stomach cramps and tmi my butthole is spasming when i sit on the toilet cause i feel like i have to shit but lil to nothing is coming out. And i am getting sharp stabbing pain off and on in my lower stomach and pelvic area what could this be? Also i am having lower back pain
